摘要
民营企业由家族式向股份制转变,是企业进一步发展和提升企业层次的关键环节。由于民营企业目前存在资金短缺问题和企业家的短视行为,改制重组被企业家当作"圈钱"的工具。陕西省民营企业就是一例。因此,在当前的民企改制过程中,要特别警惕借改制之机进入"圈钱"误区。
Private enterprises change from form of familism to the form of share-hold ownership, which is the key to development and progression of the enterprises. Because of lack of funds and shortsightedness of manager, ownership reform has been looked on as the tool of 'raising money'. This paper finds the reason for fault and makes suggestions.
