摘要
教学管理水平是直接影响教学质量的关键因素,而教学管理水平的高低取决于教学管理队伍整体素质和业务能力。在我校,教学管理队伍的建设远远落后于教师队伍的建设,这将会影响到整个学校教学质量的提高,更谈不上学校进一步的改革和发展。本文就此问题进行探讨和研究,提出一些关于加强教学管理队伍建设的措施。
The level of teaching management, as critical factor in teaching quality, depends on the whole managements teams quality and professional capacity, In Wenzhou University, the strength of the management team falls far behind that of the teachers team, which will affect the improvement in the quality of universitys teaching and winder the further reform and development of the whole university. This paper presents the authors research on this issue and offers some advice on the measures for strengthening the teaching management.
