摘要
目的 为了探讨家兔椎基底动脉缺血后的脑干听觉诱发电位 (brainstem auditory evoked poten-tials,BAEP)变化及其在临床工作中的意义。方法 通过结扎家兔单侧椎动脉从而造成脑干缺血 ,并连续记录结扎后一小时内的 BAEP的变化过程。结果 、 、 潜伏期逐渐延长 ,以 波延长最明显 , ~ 、 ~ 、 ~ 峰间期均明显延长 , 波、 波波幅改变无统计意义。结论 本实验表明在椎基底动脉供血不全时 BAEP有显著异常 ,可作为椎基底动脉梗死溶栓治疗后脑干功能变化的观察指标。
Objective To evaluate the change of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) after vertebro basilar artery ischemia in rabbits and it's significance in clinical work.Methods The authors make a brain stem ischemic model by unilateral extracranial occlusion of vertebral artery.BAEPs were monitored at 0min,10 min,20 min,30 min,40 min,50 min,60 min after occlusion.Results Peak latencies(PL) of Ⅰ、Ⅲ andⅤ delayed,especially PLⅤ.Significant (P <0.05) delay of interpeak latencies(IPL) .F waves Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~ⅤandⅠ~Ⅴ was observed after occlusion.This delay became more significant of Ⅰ~Ⅴ 60 min after occlusion.But the amplitude ofⅠand Ⅴ have no obviously change(P<0.05).In one rabbit with bilateral extracranial occlusion of vertebral artery, brainstem auditory evoked potential waveforms disappeared completely at 10min after occlusion.Conclusions These results provide evidence for the usefulness of BAEP monitoring which can be used to complement other diagnostic methods for patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency and/or infarction.
