脑血管血栓防护装置保护伞下颈内动脉支架植入术
摘要
目的 观察在脑血管血栓防护装置下行颈内动脉支架植入术对动脉远端栓塞的预防作用。方法 5例头晕或短暂性脑缺血发作患者 ,经脑血管造影证实为颈内动脉狭窄 ,放置Cordis脑血管保护伞后 ,行支架植入术。结果 5例患者收回伞状滤网后 ,有 1例伞状滤网中可见少许脱落血栓 ,无一例发生脑梗死。
