摘要 髓性过氧化物酶是由活化的吞噬细胞分泌的相对分子质量为 75× 2kDa的一种血红素蛋白。它能通过作用于氯化物和酪氨酸 ,分别生成次氯酸和酪氨酰基 ,启动低密度脂蛋白的过氧化 ,产生氧化型低密度脂蛋白 。 Myeloperoxidase is a kind of hemoprotein(molecular weight 75×2?kDa) secreted from activated phagocyte.It can act on chloride and tyrosine to form hypochlorous acid and tyrosyl which can initiate the pro oxidation of lowdensity lipoprotein and promote the development of atherosclerosis ultimately.
