摘要
应用金相和电镜方法对75kg/m断轨的金相组织、断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,闪光焊焊接时锻量不足,加之焊缝在正火后冷速较快形成粗大马氏体组织是造成钢轨早期断裂的原因。
The microstructure and morphology of a 75 kg/m rail fracture was analysed with optic microscope and SEM.The resultes shows that the rail fracture waw conducted by lower up allowance during flash welding and coarse martensite in welded seam beacause of rapid cooling during speed normalizing after welding.
