摘要
针对在线钢轨的材料性能和焊接特点,选用新型焊接材料作为钢轨焊补的焊接材料。进行了系统的工艺试验,研究了焊补层的组织性能,开发出了在线伤损钢轨的堆焊修复新技术。经过3年的在线运行考验,修复的钢轨完好无损。
According to the materials welding properties and of rail in performance,the new welding electrode is selected to repair rails with defects.The synthesized technology tests on microstructure and properties of welded joints are carried out,a new rail repair technology is worked out.The repaired rail is still perfect after three years performance.
