PD3热轧钢轨气压焊焊接性研究

Study of steel rolling PD3’s air pressure weldability

通过实测钢轨气压焊的焊接热循环曲线,并以此作为基础数据,采用Gleeble热模拟试验的方法模拟钢轨在气压焊工艺条件下的焊接热循环过程。模拟试样经力学性能和金相检验分析表明,PD3热轧钢轨在气压焊工艺条件下具有优良的焊接性。

Base on the actual welding thermal cycles curve of rail through air pressure welding,welding themal cycles process was simulated by Gleeble thermal simulation tests.The mechnaical and microstructure of the themal simulated specimens are studied,and the results show that the weldability of PD3 rolling rail is excellent in air pressure welding.
