摘要
分析了4mm铝合金板5A06-O拼焊的焊接工艺特点,从焊前准备、焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接规范、焊后检查以及缺陷补焊等方面进行试验分析,确定了4mm铝合金板5A06-O的拼焊工艺,保证了铝合金顶盖蒙皮拼焊的焊接质量,满足出口电力机车的设计要求。
This article analyzes the welding feature and technology for the patchwork of 5A06-O aluminum alloy cover plate of 4 mm thickness.Through experiments on the welding preparation,welding process,welding materials,welding regulations,weld inspection and repair welding of defects,a better welding technology has been found to meet the design requirements of aluminum alloy roof cover plate of electric power locomotive for export.
