摘要
提出了一种以红外光源照射焊缝,CCD摄取图像,通过计算机对图像进行分析处理,提取焊缝的长度、宽度和偏心距的方法。该方法检测精度高,算法速度快,可以实时运用于对手工电弧焊进行漏焊检测。
A weld detection method composed by the following steps was proposed:the seam was exposed at infrared light supply,the image was shot by CCD and processed by computer,then the length,width and eccentricity of weld seam were reported.This method can be applied to detect the neligence of welding in manual arc welding process because of its high accuracy and fast algorithm.
