在稻壳制一次性餐具生产工艺中模压成形是关键,制品出现裂纹是产品报废的主要原因,从塑性成形基本原理出发 对成形R值的试验研究对提高产品质量起到有效的作用。
It is the key to shape under the compressive stress with the mould in the production technology of the fully-de-gradable environment-harmless disposable rice-hull dinnerware. And the products with crackle are the main reason which can bring on wasters. So the research and experimentation that are based on the essential theory of the plastic forming about the value of R will improve the quality of products effectively.
