摘要
根据H0 1n模可加热圆柱谐振腔磁场分量及电场分量的特性 ,利用谐振腔中活塞的滑动接触不损害谐振器的质量因素的谐振腔法 ,研究介电常数不大于 2 0 0和介电损耗角正切不大于 0 .0 5的固体电介质在高温下及 9~ 10GHz频率范围内的ε和tgδ ,并对影响电介质高温介电性能测试精度的设备因素。
The dielectric properties of the solid materials with epsilon below 200 and tgdelta below 0.05 were studied in highl temperature and 9 similar to 10GHz frequercies. Several problems associated with the equipment facts which affected measurement precision, calculation method, and the application of test results were discussed.
