摘要
目的:利用功能磁共振研究关于视觉呈现的记忆特点。材料和方法:利用1.5T MR 的BOLD软件对8个志愿者做了有关数字顺序的视觉实验,所有数据经AFNI软件处理。结果:反序记忆激活体积显著大于正序记忆的部位在左侧半球的BA9区和BA17/18/19区。相反,激活体积正序记忆大于反序记忆的情况出现在右侧BA44/45区。结论:功能磁共振技术有助于加深对视觉记忆的理解。
Purpose: To evaluated vision memory with functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) .Materials and Methods: Eight younger adults participated in the test of counting digital forward and backward shown on the computer screen, in the mean time, fMRI was used to recording the reaction of brain. Results: Left Broca' area (BA) 9 and BA17/ 187 19 were more activated in hackwork memory than in forward memory during retrieval periods, while right BA 44/45 were more activated during retrieval. Conclusion:fMRI is helpful to understand vision memory.
