医学微生物教学用菌种保存方法的比较

Comparision among Methods of Preserving Bacteria for Medical Microbiology Education

目的 寻求一种简便实用的有效保存各种教学用菌种的方法。方法 将各待保存的菌种纯化后用取菌环直接从平板上刮取 ,置于盛有 0 .5ml各保存液的菌种瓶中 ,甘油原液 - 2 0℃保存 ,石蜡油和兔防凝血 4℃保存。结果 在连续 5 2个月的实验期内 ,甘油保存的各菌种效果较好 ,且各菌生化反应、形态结构、染色特性等与标准株相符。结论 甘油保存法操作简便 ,保存时间长 ,适用于微生物教学用各菌种的保存。

Objective To explore a practical and effective way of preserving bacteria for microbiology teaching.Methods The purified bacteria scraped from the agar culture were preserved in three bottles each with 0.5 ml preservative liquid,-20℃ glycerol,4℃ paraffin liquid and rabbit anticongulation blood for 52 months.Results Glycerol was the best in preserving bacteria,whose biochemical reaction,morphological structure and stain property were in consistent with those of standard ones.Conclusion Glycerol is a practical,easy and effective method of preserving bactera for medical teaching.
