摘要 果实在发育和成熟期对光合产物的相对库活力的变化呈类抛物线型,相应的果梗运输速度和果位叶的光合速率都有类似变化.“运输呼吸”是影响果梗运输动力变化的主要因素.衰老期叶片光合指标的下降先于库输入能力.库相对活力在决定光合产物的分配上起主导作用,上位库优于下位库. The change of the sink activity of the fruit for photosynthates app-ears to follow the general curve of parabola during the period of fruitdevelopment and mature,which is also consistent with the function offruit growth rate.The change of the translocation rate of the fruit stalkand the photosynthesis of the leaf where there is a fruit in its axllaryis similar.The respiration Qt which is responsible for the transport ofmaterials is the primary factor that effects the change of translocation ??power of the fruit stalks.Althongh the“turgor difference”betweensource and sink will be increased due to the photosynthetic rate of theleaf and the metablism of sugers has been promoted,the change of“turgordifference”is not striking because the velocity of transportation has alsobeen enhanced.The change of transform number of light energy is morenotable than the saturation photosynthetic rate.The decrease of the leafphotosynthetic index during the period of mature and senescence is earlierthan that of sink import power The relative sink activity plays apredominant role in determining the pattern of photosynthatic distribution.The sinks acropetal to the fed leaf obtains more photosynthates than thebasipetal one.
