Wistar 犬鼠70只,随机分为正常对照组及实验组(腹腔注射酵母多糖75mg/100g 体重),于1日,2日及4~5日活杀。实验组肺、肝、肾及脑病变与多器官衰竭病变相符合;免疫组化法检查见上述组织内铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)含量较对照组减少(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。上述现象提示,多器官衰竭时,由于氧自由基的产生增多而抗氧化酶 CuZn-SOD 的消耗也增多。因此,检测 CuZn-SOD含量对阐明氧自由基在多器官衰竭发病机制中的作用是有重要意义的。
70 Wistar rats were divided into normal group and experimental group(intra-peritoneal injection of zymosan(75mg per 100g wt).All rats were sacrificed at 1,2 and 4~5 days. The histological changes in the lung,liver,kidney and brain agreed with the alterations re- cognized in multiple organ failure.On immuno-histochemical examination,we found that the content of Cu-Zn-SOD in bronchiolar columnar cells,liver cells,renal tubular epithelial cells and neuron cells of brain was decreased as compared with normal control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).These phenomena indicated that the utilization of Cu-Zn-SOD was increased due to excessive production of oxygen free radicals in multiple organ failure.
