摘要
目的 :研究ATP敏感钾通道开放剂EMD5643 1对麻醉开胸犬血流动力学的作用。方法 :采用静注 (i.v .)给药方式 ,动态监测麻醉开胸犬左心室收缩压 (LVSP)、左室压上升和下降速率 (±dp/dtmax) ,左室舒张末期压 (LVEDP)、收缩压 (SAP)、舒张压 (DAP)、平均动脉压 (MAP)、ECG等指标 ,并计算出心率 (HR)、心脏指数 (CI)和外周阻力 (TPR)。结果 :静注EMD5643 1在一定范围内可使麻醉开胸犬呈时间和剂量依赖性的血压降低 ,尤以DAP下降为甚 ,在降压的同时 ,可见HR减慢。除大剂量EMD5643 1外 ,其余各剂量对心脏泵功能、血流量、ECG均无明显影响。结论 :EMD5643 1可显著降低血压 。
Objective: To study the effect of potassium channel opener EMD 56431 on the hemodynamies in anaesthetized open chest dogs.Method: Different doses of EMD 56431 were administrated by intravenous injection. The changes of left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), the maximum changing rate of left ventricular equal_volume duration(±dp/dtmax), left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP), systolic blood pressure (SAP), diastolic blood pressure (DAP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), ECG were monitored dynamically. Heart rate (HR), cardiac index(CI), total periphery resistance (TPR) were calculated.Result: the intravenous of EMD 56431 presented hypotensive effects in time and dose dependent manner,in the anaesthetized open chest dogs particularly in decrease of DAP; the decreased HR was found in the same time of decreased blood presure.Except the large dose of EMD 56431 , no significant effect in the other used doses was noted in the heart pump function, amount of blood flow, and ECG.Conclusion: EMD 56431 can significantly reduce the blood pressure and modify the cardiac blood supply.
