摘要
目的 :建立测定色甘酸钠滴鼻液含量的HPLC法。方法 :以Nova pakC18( 3.9mm× 30 0mm ,5 μm)色谱柱为分离柱 ,采用甲醇∶乙腈∶0 .0 5mol·L-1枸橼酸钠缓冲液 ( pH3.5 )∶水 =12∶10∶4 0∶38为流动相 ,检测波长 32 5nm。结果 :色甘酸钠进样量在 0 .2 0～ 2 0 .0 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999。色甘酸钠的平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD =0 .9%。结论 :此法操作简单、结果准确 。
Objective: A HPLC method was established for the determintion of sodium cromoglicate nasal drops.Method: Nova pakC 18 column (5 μm 3.9 mm×300 mm) was used, methanol acetonitrile- 0.05 mol·L -1 sodium citrate buffer(pH 3.5 ) water(12∶10∶40∶38) was served as mobile phase, the detecting wavelengh was at 325 nm.Result: The linear range of sodium cromoglicate was 0.20 20.0 μg( r = 0.999 9 )and the average recovery was 99.8% , RSD = 0.9% .Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible for the determintion of sodium cromoglicate nasal drops.
