HPLC法测定不同品种前胡香豆素含量的初步研究

Primary Determination of Content of Coumarin in different Speciesform Radix Peucedani by HPLC

目的 :建立高效液相色谱液测定不同品种前胡中香豆素含量。方法 :HPLC法HyporsilDDSC18柱 ( 4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .1%磷酸溶液 ( 2 0∶80 ) ,流速 0 .8ml·min-1,检测波长 32 2nm。结果 :7 羟基香豆素在 0 .5 35～4 2 .8μg范围 ,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系 ,平均回收率为99.0 % ,RSD 3.2 %。结论 :本方法简单 ,快速 。

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Content of Coumarin in different species form Radix Peucedani.Method: A Hypersil ODS C 18 Clum ( 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was Used, acetonitrile - 0.1% phospboric acid solution (20∶80) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min -1 , the detecting wavelength was at 322 nm. Result: There was linear relation between peakarea and conceotration within arange 0.535 42.8 μg. The average recovery was 99.0% , RSD = 3.2% . Conclusion: This method is Simple, fast and canbe used for the quality control of Radix Peucedani.
