目的 :观察排气汤治疗术后肠胀气的疗效。方法 :Ⅰ组 ( 83例 )用排气汤治疗术后肠胀气 ;Ⅱ组 ( 83例 )用新斯的明 ,松节油热敷腹部、肛管排气或胃肠减压治疗术后肠胀气 ,观察肠鸣音恢复时间及肛门排气时间。结果 :应用排气汤治疗术后肠胀气 ,肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间均优于对照组。结论

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Paiqitang in the treatment of flatus after operation.Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups: group Ⅰ ( n =83) was treated with Paiqitang after operation; group Ⅱ ( n =83) was treated with neostigmine, fomented with turpentine oil, anus ventilation or gastrointestinal decompression, investigate and compare the time for the gurgling sound and anus ventilation reactivate. Result: The time for the gurgling sound and anus ventilation reactivate in groupⅠ were shorter than groupⅡ.Conclusion: The method of Paiqitang in the treatment of flatus after operation was effective and safe.
