降低200MW机组间接空冷系统水耗

摘要 针对太原第二热电厂4期200MW机组空冷系统水耗较大的问题,分析冬季散热器钢管冻裂泄漏、转机盘根漏水是其主要原因,给出改造措施,为表面式凝汽器间接空冷系统的节水提供了一条行之有效的途径。 In light of larger consumption of cooling water existing on indirect air cooling system 200 MW generating unit in 4th project of Taiyuan No.2 Thermal Power Plant,through analysis,it was held that frozen ice made the steel tube crack-up in winter and water leaking from the seal shoe of turning roller was the main cause, and thus the improvement scheme was put forward, the result showed that, it has offered a good way to save water for indirect air cooling system of surface condenser.
