摘要 纳米药物具有靶向性和药物控释性的特点 ,与其他恶性肿瘤治疗方法相辅相承 ,并可在肿瘤组织的细胞和亚细胞水平上发挥作用 ,尤其是在转移性恶性肿瘤的治疗领域具有巨大的潜力。本文介绍纳米医药技术在恶性肿瘤治疗领域的研究和进展。 Nanosize drugs with the characteristics of targeting drug delivery and controlled drug release can greatly improve the treatment of tumors. They play their roles on the level of cell and sub-cell in the tumor tissues. Moreover, they have big potential ability in the treatment of malignant tumors. The article discusses research and advance of medical nanotechnology in treatment of malignant tumors.
