摘要
针对车载GPS(全球定位系统)产生的电磁辐射场对电雷管的危害问题,通过分析电磁辐射场的功率密度、场强以及电雷管接收电磁辐射能量的有效孔径,计算电雷管在采用金属屏蔽和未屏蔽措施两种情况下接收射频能量的大小,并与标准电雷管不发火功率比较,分析电雷管的射频安全性。此外,通过对电雷管进行电磁干扰试验和50%射频发火感度试验,推算电雷管的最大不发火功率,进一步分析其安全性。
The paper discussed the problem of hazard of electromagnetic radiations field of vehicle loading GPS(Global Position System) to detonator. The mean power density and field intensity of electromagnetic radiations field and value aperture of detonator were analyzed, and the radio-frequency energy received by detonator which was shielded or unshielded was calculated.By comparing the radio-frequency energy to the no-fire energy, the safety of detonator in electromagnetic radiations field was analyzed. On the other hand, the properties of electromagnetic interference and 50% radio-frequency fire of detonator were tested, the maximum no-fire energy of detonator was calculated and the radio-frequency safety of detonator was evaluated.
