摘要 国光和青香蕉苹果花芽 RNA 和 DNA 含量在越冬休眠期一直处于低水平,花芽绽开时其含量增加了几倍.花芽中有酸性和碱性 RNA 酶及 DNA 酶活性,萌发时活性大大提高.RNA 和 DNA 合成活性在生理休眠解除时最高,花芽休眠和绽开时都较低. The contents of RNA and DNA in the flower buds of two apple cul-tivars(Malus pumila Mill.cv.Ralls and cv.White winter pearmain)weremaintained at very low levels during dormancy,the contents increased se-veral times in bursting.There existed the activities of acid RNase(pH_5.0),alkaline RNase(pH7.5)and DNase in the flower buds and their activitiesincreased markedly during the development of flower buds.The highestactivities of RNA and DNA synthesis in the flower buds of both cultivarswere shown at dormancy breaking,the activities were relatively low atdormancy and bursting.
