摘要
应用有限元分析技术 ,对新型的快开人孔装置进行优化设计 ,给出了在各预紧力下O形密封圈的形变及构件的应力值 ,从而确定该装置的相应尺寸 ,达到优化设计。该结构节省材料、减轻重量、操作方便。
The optimal design for new quick-open manhole was analyzed by the method of finite element. According to the deformation of O-ring seals under different pretension force, and the stress values of the component, the device was controlled with relevant sizes to achieve optimal design. Using the design, material can be saved, weight can be lightened, and operation becomes convenience. It also has obvious economy benefit.
