摘要
焦炭塔是炼油厂延迟焦化的关键设备 ,长期在高温及充焦和除焦的冷热疲劳作用下运行 ,塔体常出现局部严重变形和母材焊缝开裂问题。在技术改造中对焦炭塔的材质、结构设计做了重大修改 ,同时对封头成形、过渡段锻件加工、复合材料焊接及整体热处理等关键制造技术进行了攻关改进 。
Coke tower is the key equipment in delayed coking unit in oil refinery. High temperature, cyclic temperature fatigue and coking and decoking process may bring about local serious deformation and base metal weld crack on the tower in a long time service. The material selection and structure design scheme was modified by large extent in the revamp. Much success was made after tackling the key technical issues in head forming, transition forging working process, multiplex-plate welding and overall post welding heat treatment.
