摘要
介绍了工程陶瓷超声加工的基本原理以及加工过程中材料去除机理。对超声加工陶瓷的基本规律进行了实验研究 。
Ultrasonic Machining is an effective technology for engineering ceramics.This paper presents its basic principle, material removal mechanism.Making experimental studies on the basic rule of Ultrasonic Machining ceramics, and the problems found in the experiment are discussed.
