摘要 介绍以双绞线为传输介质的控制器局域网(CAN)的工作特点及不足。为实现燃料电池电动汽车各ECU之间的控制和信息交换,组建了以塑料光纤(POF)为传输介质的光纤CAN网络。使用有源星型耦合器,提出了双星拓扑结构的光纤CAN(Fiber-CAN)总线网络设计方案。针对两个有源星型耦合器之间互连后产生的信号阻塞设计了专用的消除阻塞的接口电路。还介绍该光纤CAN网络光纤和光收发模块的选用。 This paper introduces the operating characteristics and shortcomings of the CAN bus employing twisted pair lines. In order to implement control and information exchange among the ECUs(Electric Control Units) on the fuel cell electric vehicles, the optic fiber CAN communication network is built, and the plastic optic fiber(POF)is employed as the transmission medium. With the active star coupler, a design scheme of optic fiber CAN with double stars topology is put forward. Aimed at the signal block in the interlinkage between two active star couplers, the special interface circuit is designed to eliminate the trouble. The selection of optic fiber and optic transceiver module is also introduced.
