摘要
目的 观察外伤性低眼压后视网膜结构变化 ,探讨可能的损伤机制。方法 制作外伤性前部PVR导致低眼压的兔眼模型 ,伤后分别于 2周、 4周、 8周、 16周测量眼压后取眼球 ,视网膜做普通病理切片 ,HE染色观察 ,16周的视网膜部分做电镜观察。结果 伤后 2周、 4周、 8周光学显微镜下 ,实验组视网膜显微结构没有明显的变化 ;伤后 16周 ,光学显微镜下 ,实验组视网膜变薄 ,外核层、内核层以及节细胞细胞数减少 ;伤后 16周扫描电镜下见光感受器外节排列紊乱 ,肿胀。结论 长期低眼压视网膜结构会出现严重的损害 ,可能与低眼压造成视网膜血液循环淤滞有关。
Objective To observe the changes of retinal structure after traumatic hypotony,and to discuss the possible mechanism of lesions.Methods At first the rabbit model of chronic hypotony due to traumatic anterior proliferative vitreoretinopathy was made.At the 2nd week,4th week,8th week,16th week after trauma,IOP was measured and eyeballs wee removed,then retina were taken for ordinary pathological section and HE staining,part of retina at the 16 th week after trauma was send for electron microscopy exam.Results There is no remarkable change of the microstructure of retina by light microscopy at the 2nd week,4th week,8th week after trauma,nearly like the normal.At the 16 th week the retina in treated group appeared atrophy by light microscopy,the retina became thin,the number of the cell of outer nuclear layer,inner nuclear layer and ganglion cell decrease.16 weeks after trauma,in treated group,outer segment of the phtoreceptors sweel and array disorderly.Conclusions The structure of retina appeared irreversible pathologicle changes after chornic hypotony.The possible mechanism of lesions is that hypotony caused blood circulation congestion,hence accumulation of the metabolic toxin.
