人肾透明细胞癌组织MUC_3的表达及意义

Expression and significance of MUC_3 in human renal clear cell carcinoma

目的 探讨人肾透明细胞癌组织中黏蛋白 3(MUC3)的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)法检测人肾透明细胞癌和癌旁肾组织中 MU C3的表达 ,分析癌组织中 MUC3的表达与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期之间的关系。结果 肾透明细胞癌组织中 MUC3的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁肾组织。 MUC3的阳性表达率随肿瘤病理分级上升而上升 ,而与肿瘤的临床分期无相关性。结论 MUC3在人肾透明细胞癌中表达增强 ,并与肿瘤的恶性程度相关 ,MUC3可能在人肾透明细胞癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of MUC 3 in human renal clear cell carcinoma.Methods Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) were applied to detect the mRNA expression of MUC 3 in human renal clear cell carcinoma and tissue adjacent to cancer.The relationship between MUC 3 expression level and tumor grade,stage were studied.Results The expression of MUC 3 was greater in tumor areas compared with normal areas significantly. The expression of MUC 3 had a positive correlation with tumor grade and no relationship with tumor stage.Conclusions The expression of MUC 3 is enhanced in human renal clear cell carcinoma,and is associated with the malignant degree of the tumor.MUC 3 may play a key rule in the development and progression of renal clear cell carcinoma.
