旋转式室温磁制冷机用高场强永磁磁路的设计

摘要 料(磁工质)外,高场强永磁磁路的设计与制造也是其关键。传统方法设计的永磁磁路很难得到较高的场强。本文在中空圆柱型磁场源(hollowcylindricalfluxsource)的基础上,通过改进磁路结构设计出了用于旋转式室温磁制冷机的高场强永磁磁路,用有限元法计算了磁场分布,磁路工作气隙中心的场强达1.96T。 In order to apply room-temperature magnetic refrigeration, which is based on magnetocaloric effect, to air conditioners and household refrigerators, we must design high field strength permanent magnetic circuit besides giant magnetocaloric materials. But it is difficult to attain high field strength for conventional magnet circuit. By modifying hollow cylindrical flux source, the high field strength permanent magnetic circuit for rotary room-temperature magnetic refrigerator has been designed. The field strength in the center of working air-gap is up to 1.96T.
