Circuit Design of Electromagnetic Flow Sensor

摘要 分析了电磁式流量传感器信号和干扰的构成,提出了基于集成电子器件的电路设计新方案。提出:用取样线圈和有源微分电路取得同步解调信号;用模拟乘法器和低通滤波器实现流量信号的同步检波和90°差模干扰的滤除;用高性能仪用放大器滤除共模干扰;用绝对值电路输出正极性瞬时流量信号。对比现有电磁式流量传感器的技术构成,说明了设计方案的优点。 The construction of signal and interfercence in electromagnetic flow sensor were analysed.The new circuit design based on IC elements was discussed.The synchronous demodutation signal was acquired by sample coil and active differential circuit.The flow signal was synchronously detected and the 90° difference-mode interference was filtered by using analog multiplier and low-pass filter.The commonmode interference was eliminated by using high performance instrumentation amplifer.The positive instantaneous flow signal were transmited by absolute value circuit.Comparing existing flow sensor,advantages of the new design were described.
