小型PLC系统过程控制的若干问题

SOME PROBLEM ABOUT PROCESS CONTROL OF SMALL SCALE PLC SYSTEM

本文给出了过程控制模型的建模 ,连续过程控制的离散处理 ,研讨了小型PLC过程控制的数字模型简化算法 ,以及利用小型PLC的简单操作指令 ,实现连续过程控制模拟量的问题处理 。

This paper gives the method of Setting up the process control model, numeric handing of the Continuous process control. It studies and discusses the simplification algorithm of the number model about the small scale PLC process control, and makes use of the simple operation instruction of the small scaled PLC to solve simulation quantity problem of the continuous process control, so that we can satisfy the demand the process control system.
