In the project of reconstruction and enlargement of dairy industry, it is an effective method to apply PC+PLC to auto-control field, thus forming a simple and low-cost DCS. Firstly, it could improve the level of auto-management in enterprises; secondly, it could guarantee a stable and successive production; thirdly, it carries out an energy-saving measure. The procedure of the establishment of the system is explained by an example as following, it is proved to be suitable to the condition of enterprises and satisfied the requirement of designing through the function of this project, so that achieved th goal of technical transformation.
