我国药品采购与银行中间业务的发展机遇

本文首先在医疗保障制度改革的宏观环境中探讨了药品集中招投标采购问题 ;然后通过对在全国范围内医院和医药企业的调查 ,具体研究了药品集中招投标中结算问题的途径 ,即引入银行信用 ;最后部分从政策角度论述了银行信用在药品采购结算中的作用及其开展。

Collective-bidding for medicine purchase is the focus of the reform of public health system. On the basis of our survey all over the country, the approaches to introduce bank credit into the settlement of collective-bidding for medicine purchase are discussed, which consist of banker's acceptance, factoring, letter of credit, and stand-by credit. The related policy suggestions are provided in the last part.
