本文在参考国内外城市可持续发展及其综合评价研究的基础上 ,以呼和浩特市城市为研究对象 ,从可持续发展思想和区域开发理论入手 ,运用城市经济学和地理学的相关理论和方法 ,遵循定性与定量相结合的原则 ,借助 GIS和社会科学统计软件工具 ,对呼和浩特市城市可持续发展进行了综合评价。
