摘要
苹果果实在成熟前期,新鲜切片的呼吸对-CN 较敏感,而对间氯苯氧肟酸(m-CLAM)不敏感,证明新鲜切片的呼吸作用主要通过细胞色素途径传递电子,但交替途径也在运行.陈化24小时,切片的伤诱导呼吸的抗—CN 程度明显提高,对 m—CLAM 较敏感,证明交替途径的运行程度增加,陈化切片当受—CN 抑制时的交替途径的最大运行量(Valt),大于-CN 不存在时的实际运行量(p.Valt),表明,在—CN 存在时电子流可能有一部分从细胞色素途径转向交替途径.
Changes in respiratory electron transport pathway were determined in ??preclimacteric apple(Malus sylvestris cv.Delicious)fruit discus duringaging.The respiration of fresh discus was sensitive to KCN,but insensi-tive to m-CLAM.This indicated that both dytochrome and alternativepathway were operated in fresh diseus,while the cytochrome pathway wasdominant.The respiration of discus aging 24 hours was sensitive to m-CLAM,alternative pathway increased considerably.The maximam CN-resistant respiratory rate(Valt)when KCN was added,was higher thanthat when KCN was absent in aged discus.This suggested that the diver-sion of electron traffic from cytochrome pathway to alternative pathwayappeared when KCN existed.
