摘要 本文采用He Ne激光照射罗氏沼虾的心脏、肌肉、鳃和脑神经节 ,研究其对罗氏沼虾组织细胞形态结构的影响。结果发现 :( 1)实验组的心脏、肌肉和鳃组织具有明显异染色质的细胞数量百分比分别为 16.70 %、6.0 6%、9.3 5% ,而对照组的心脏、肌肉和鳃组织具有明显异染色质的细胞数量百分比分别为 8.10 %、2 .59%和 4.55% ,表明He Ne激光照射后 ,心脏、肌肉和鳃组织具有明显异染色质的细胞数量均有所增加 ;( 2 )在实验组中脑神经节的神经分泌细胞要比对照组的缩小 7.4μm ,实验组的细胞核要比对照组要缩小 1.53 μm ,表明He Ne激光照射后 ,脑神经节的神经细胞和细胞核的大小发生明显变化 。 This paper reports the results of the research project in which the heart,the muscle,the gill and the brain ganglion of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were radiated by He Ne laser, presents the effect of M.rosenbergii's tissues cell in the shape and the structure after the laser radiation:(1) The percentage of cell's quantities of obviously heterochromatin in the heart's,the muscle's and the gill's tissues of the laser groups were respectively 16.70%,6.06% and 9.35%,but the percentage of the cell's quantities of obviously heterochromatin in the heart's,the muscle's and the gill's tissues of the control groups were respectively 8.10%?2.59% and 4.55%. Evidence showed that the cell's quantities of obviously heterochromatin in the heart's, the muscle's and the gill's tissues nuclei were increased after He Ne laser radiation;(2) The nervous cells of the brain ganglion of the laser groups were reduced by 7.40μm compared with the control groups. The nuclei of the laser groups were reduced by 1.53μm compared with the control groups. The results that the nervous cells of the brain ganglion and the nuclei were changed obviously by He Ne laser radiation, it is especially worth mentioing that the nervous cells were reduced obviously.
