摘要
本文通过测定轧件相对质量磨损量和对轧后轧件表面扫描电子显微观察,研究了道次压下率、工艺润滑剂粒度和添加剂对磨损的影响,以及冷轧铝板的磨损机制。
The effects of pass reduction,viscosity of lubricant and additives in lubri-cant on ear and wear mechanisms of aluminum strip in cold rolling werestudied by measuring relative mass ear rates and by observation of rolledsurface of aluminum strip with scanning electron icroscopy n this paper.
