摘要
本文研究了新型聚合物表面活性剂甲基苯胺树脂对细粒石英的絮凝性能和机理。研究结果表明,这种新型药剂由于具有聚合物和表面活性剂两者的结构与功能,可以使矿粒产生高聚物和疏水性的复合絮凝。提出了“假象大分子”絮凝模式,认为低聚合度的聚合物表面活性剂在水溶液中产生疏水性缔合,形成了枝状和网状“假象大分子”,从而使矿粒实现桥联絮凝。絮团结构的电镜结构分析证实了“假象大分子”的形成。
The flocculation behaviors and mechanism of fine quartz were investigatedusing a new ype of polymeric surfacfant—aldehyde-p-toluidine resin as floccu-lant.It was revealed that a ombined flocculation of polymeric and hydropho-bic flocculation was produced because of the esin possessing the molecularstructure of both polymer and surfactant.A new flocculation model f“ficti-tious maeromolecule”formed via hydrophobic association of the polymericsurfactant.The electronic microscopic analysis of the floc contiguration suppo-rted his model.
