摘要
在市场经济优胜劣汰机制的作用下,职业学校正面临着严峻的生存危机.为了促进职业学校的发展,提高职业学校的市场适应性和办学灵活性,本文从市场营销学'战略性4P'--诊断、细分、择优化和市场定位入手,用营销学中的管理因素分析模式对职业学校的管理进行了探讨.
Under the function of Market Economy, the vocational school is facing the severe existence crisis .In order to promote the development of vocational school, and improve the adaptability and the flexibility to the market, This paper analyses the vocational school's management with 'strategic 4P'-Probe, Partition, Priority and Position.
