人的现代化是社会现代化的核心,人格现代化又是人的现代化的立足点。公民人格是在市场经济条件下生成的并与之相匹配的独立人格形态,市场经济是公民人格的社会基础。公民人格的价值内涵就是指人在社会历史过程中依附性的消除与独立性的获得,是公民社会价值范式与精神生态在公民个体身上的内化与展示,蕴涵主体性与主体间性的统一,契约精神与德性精神的统一,多元范式与一元价值的统一。

Modernization of people is the core of social modernization, personality of modernization is standing point of people modernization as well. Citizen's personality is independent personality which was created under the condition of market economy.The market economy is social basis of citizen personality.The meaning of citizen's personality value is that people remove the character and acquire the character of dependence as the advancement of society and history at the same time.The meaning of citizen's personality value is that the speciality of the citizen's social value with the spirit exhibits the body of dividual citizen. It comprises the unity of principal part,bond spirit and moral spirit,and the unity of multi-form and mono-value.
