用粉末爆炸压实制备TiAl合金的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 用纯Ti粉和纯Al粉为原料,经预合金化,爆炸压实,真空烧结,可获得接近理论密度,平均晶粒度小于50μm,由TiAl+Ti_3Al两相组成的合金.合金成份为34.5wt-%Al,1.5wt-%Mn,0.045wt-%B,余为Ti.爆炸压实时E/M=5.5~6.0,1200℃8h+1250℃1h真空烧结后,其密度为3.76g/cm^3.室温压缩试验结果:σ_b=1850MPa,σ_3=660MPa,破断变形率为21%. TiAl alloys were prepared by explosive compaction. The process involves prealloying with pure Ti and Al powder in vacuum, explosive compaction with E/M=5.5~6.0, and vacuum sintering at 1 200℃8h+1 250℃1h. The chemical composition of alloy is Ti-34.5 wt-% Al+1.5 wt-% Mn+0.045wt-% B. The density of alloy achieved is 3.76g/cm^3 and the grain size range is 30~ 50μm. The compressive test at room-temperature shows σ_b=1 850Mpa, σ_s=660MPa, and the compressive fracture strain is 21%.
