摘要
为实现利江流域水利资源的综合开发利用 ,给工程决策提供科学依据 ,本文对东水电站工程进行了详细的经济合理性分析 ,包括各种费用与效益计算、财务评价、国民经济评价及敏感性分析。为避免人工计算的繁琐 (尤其是IRR的试算 ) ,提高工作效率 ,介绍了应用Excel软件编制财务报表、计算各种评价指标的方法。
In order to realize the integrative exploitation of water resources in Li River and provide a scientific basis for engineering decision-making ,this paper analyzes the economic rationality in detail for Dong hydropower project ,including the calculation of diversified cost and benefit, the evaluation of finance and national economy, the analysis of sensitivity. To avoid complicated manual calculation (especially that of IRR), improve work efficiency, this article introduces a method applying Excel to workouting financial statements and calculating diversified targets of evaluation.
