摘要
本文阐述了多晶材料在物理冶金各个环节中所产生的各种类型的织构,织构存在的普遍性以及织构对物相定量分析的影响。以0Cr18Ni9钢为例,本文比较了修正织构影响前和采用不同方法修正后的物相定量分析数据。结果表明修正后的相定量分析精度得到了明显的提高,其中借助取向分布函数(ODF)所作的修正结果最好。 X线强度直接比较法经常被用于测定双相材料的相体积百分比,而且测定时有时假定材料中没有织构。在实际工业生产中很难找到没有织构的多晶(非粉末)材料,因此在进行物相定量分析时,忽略织构影响很容易造成较大偏差。只有确定了所得X线衍射强度中织构影响的程度并加以修正才能得到准确的定量分析值。
Various textures produced by different physical metallurgy processes and the universal existenceof texture in polycrystalline materials as well as the influence of texture on quantitative phaseanalysis were elucidated. The quantitative data without the corrections of texture influence werecompared with those with the different corrections--0Cr18Ni9 steel, for example. It was shownthat the accuracy of quantitative phase analysis after the three corrections became obviously higher,of which the corrected result obtained by means of orientation distribution function (ODF) was thebest. The direct comparison method by X-ray intensity is often applied in the determination of thephase volume percentage of double phase materials. Sometimes, it was assumed that there were notextures in the materials. It is very difficult to find polycrystalline (not powder) materialswithoat textures in the industry production. So, it will be very easy to make larger deviation if thetexture influence is not paid attention to in quantitative phase analysis. Only if the influence ofthe texture on the intensity of the X-ray diffraction is determined and corrected, can the accuratevalues of quantitative phase analysis be obtained.
