Policy option of higher forestry education under the background of ecological civilization

本文通过生态文明建设的背景分析,以生态文明建设的发展要求为切入点,阐述了高等林业院校办学条件落后、办学水平较低、社会基础薄弱等尴尬困境,提出了高等林业教育需要必要的政策倾斜,必须加大财政支持力度、深化招生就业制度改革、赋予高等林业教育创新新动力。

By analyzing the background of ecological civilization construction, awkward mess of higher forestry university such as lagging condition and inferior level of running school, as well as weak social base was expounded on the basis of the developmental request of ecological civilization construction. It was put forward that higher forestry education need necessary policy inclination, and financial support must be increased. The reform of recruit and employment system should be deepened. Finally, it should be endowed the higher forestry education with new drive of innovation.
