摘要
以综合热工理论为指导,通过小型熔铝反射炉技术改造的实践,吨铝油耗(80kg)和炉子热效率(26%~29%)均达到或超过国内同类炉型的先进水平。文中所提出的采用高中速烧嘴强化对流传热、浅熔池、矮炉膛、下压炉顶、炉墙最佳厚度以及利用烟气余热预热助燃空气等优化原理和方法,对今后中小型熔铝反射炉的技术改造具有理论和实践意义。
We carried out technical reformation of smelting aluminum reflection fur-nace (SAFE) under the guidance of comprehensive heat engineering theory. Thecomsumption of light diesel oil per ton aluminum (80kg/t al) and heat efficie-ney of the furnace (26%~29%) reached or surpassed the national advanced le-vel for the same kind of furnacee. The optimation principle and methods provi-ded in this paper, which are about strengthening convection shallowing smeltingpond, lowering the chest and top of furnace, optimizing the thickness of furna-ce's wall and making use of remained heat, have theorical and practical valuefor the technical reformation of medium and small sized SARF.
