摘要
载荷累积频次谱的形状和最大穿越频数对计算疲劳寿命有很大影响。为寻求和认识其中规律,本文分析了载荷累积频次谱的形状和最大穿越频数对计算疲劳寿命的作用效果,指出了针对具体情况区分最大穿越频数的必要性。在此基础上,提出了以累积损伤率为准则的确定最大穿越频数的设想。并对其计算实拖进行了初步探索。
In calculating the fatigue life of components, both the shape and the maximuncrossing frequency H_0 of the collective are important factors. In order to findout their relationship, this paper researches into the acting effects of the shape andthe maximun crossing frequency H_0 on the calculation of the fatigue life. As a resultit is shown that it is necessary to distinguish distinct H_0 according to the con-cerned conditions, Based on this an assumption that the determination of H_0would take the damage ratio as criterion, is given and furthmore its calculationand application method are studied. The methods given in this paper are singni-ficant to simplify the calculation of the fatigue life of components.
