从ITS序列探讨猪苓与其伴生菌的亲缘关系 被引量:22

摘要 对猪苓菌丝、野生猪苓子实体、野生猪苓菌核和其伴生菌的 5 8SrDNA及其两侧的ITS 1区和ITS2区进行了序列分析。发现猪苓与其伴生菌的ITS序列同源性达 99 3 6% 。 The sequences of 5.8S rDNA and the flanking internal transcribed spacers (ITS1 and ITS2) were sequenced from hypha, fruit body and sclerotia of Grifola umbellata and its companion fungus. Their ITS sequences similarity was 99.36%. The results suggested that G. umbellata was closely related to its companion fungus.
