摘要
对测试的力学性能进行了研讨,探讨了不同的热挤压处理对冷加工性能的影响。试验表明,脱皮挤压比正常挤压的棒冷加工时,有更大的加工软化率。当真应变ε>1.0时,出现典型的加工软化性能,即当ε增加时,强度降低,塑性增加。
This paper deals with the influence of different heat extrusion routes oncold working of oxide dispersion strengthened copper (ODSCu). It is found thatextrusion forming shell has higher strain softening rate than that of directextrusion in cold working. The model strain softening properties appear henε>1,0, that is, as true strain ε increases, plastic deformation increases andstrength decreases.
